Carlton N. Middleton was born in Alexandria, Virginia on October 27, 1956. Carlton N. Middleton, moved to Hawaii on May 15, 1981, became a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, and was registered to vote on May 25, 1982; and has voted in Hawaii every two (2) years since then. Last night, in a vote of 4-3, the Downtown/Chinatown Nighborhood Board voted "NO" to advise the City and County of Honolulu to build housing at 1330 River Street. This is NOT over yet. I will report more later.
